Abu Dhabi Tropical Film Greenhouse with good cooling system
To open up an oasis in desert area. Together with our client, Prasada did it.
The whole project is more than 10ha multi-span film #greenhouses for different crops. Considering the high salinity in the Middle East, which is easy to cause corrosion to the columns and other components of the greenhouse, we conduct hot dip plating on the surface of the steel pipe, and the thickness of the zinc layer is more than 275g/m2, so as to improve the service life of the greenhouse.
The total area of this greenhouse is about 10ha, with 9.6m span width. The cover of greenhouse is 200mciro film with high diffusion function. Also, it equips with cooling pad and fan system for cooling down and fogging system for adding humidity rate and cooling.
Inside the greenhouse, a fogging system is installed for cooling and adding humidity rate. What’s more, foil shading net inner shading system for cooling.
Keep a proper temperature and humidity, great help the tomato planting.
