Project locates in Riyadh, the greenhouse has nearly 5ha and was designed with 9.6m span width, 4m pipe distance, 4m gutter height and 6.5m ridge height. Different from Saudi traditional greenhouse in PC sheet, we use 200micro thickness PE film. While considering its high UV, we special order the film with UV opened (means high diffusion).
Equipped Cooling System
1. External Sun Shading System: With the round yarn shading net in 50-60% shading, it can efficiently cool down about 3-5degree.
2. Cooling pad and fan: Install with 2 big fans and 1 small fans, can greatly increase the air flow in all angles.
3. Circulate fans: Accelerate the flow of air inside the greenhouse.
4. Smart control system: all the system can connect to the PC and mobile device for better management.
Growing Solution
The project was designed for lettuces, herbs, peppers and tomatoes. Prasada with the growing engineers also supply our DFT growing system, vertical A-frame and gutter grow system for all its plant.
