Congratulations to our installation engineer Mr. Zhang, just back from Houston and finish his supervision for a microgreen farm. Although the greenhouse is not a big one, but the first microgreen planting farm in our company since 2004.
Due to the subtropical climate, the temperature will reach more than 40degree in summer time, a good ventilation system is a must. Also, with an economical investment, our consult guy suggests to our multi-span EU film greenhouse to meet the client requirement and growing needs.

The finished greenhouse is in 200micro PO film cover with multi-span gothic roof structure.

The highlight of film greenhouse
As a seaside city, for anti-corrosion, the zinc coating thickness of all steel pipes were reached in 275g/m2. Also, its high wind load, our engineers suggested our EU greenhouse, cause its bear structure can withstand more than 140km/h and span life will be more than 15years.
Considering its high humidity in this place, a compulsory cooling pad will not work well. With high wind, equipped with good ventilation systems with butterfly double roof vent and four sidewall roll vents can maximize the air exchange from greenhouse inside to the outfield.
Having an inner aluminum foil shading screen system, can reflect a part of light and reduce the temperature inside to create a better environment for microgreen planting.
All in all, what we pursue is to design and build a greenhouse according to clients’ planting requirement and local climate condition. Thank you so much for the trust and support from our client.
