This cherry tomato farm was located in Australia, with design on glass greenhouse with 4mm thickness tempered glasses. After the clients visited our office and online meeting with our engineers’ team and agronomist team for times, we reach the agreement in the end.

Project introduction
According to subtropical Monsoon Humid climate and the client requirement and growing needs, we design the greenhouse as follows:

Greenhouse structure Venlo glass greenhouse with 4mm tempered glasses
Greenhouse size 2880 square meter
Greenhouse span width 9.6m span width
Pipe Distance 4m pillar distance
Greenhouse Ridge Height 8.1m
Equipped system Double roof vent, Inner shading system, high pressure fogging system, drip irrigation system, disinfection system, heating system, CO2 distribution, ground cover, nursery bench, sprayer, electric cabinet, intelligent control system

The highlight of this greenhouse:
In order to have a strong greenhouse structure and also meet the requirement Australia government policy, all the main pipes are in hot-galvanized treatment with a more than 400g/m2 Zinc coating thickness. With such a high zinc coating thickness, it has strong corrosion resistance to steel pipe, especially for customs cities and island countries. Its service life can reach more than 20years, super strong!

In order to have a big growing space and have a better stable environment of greenhouse, the greenhouse gutter height is 7m height. So its total height is 8.1m. The higher greenhouse, the larger growing space, the better stable growing environment.

What’s more, the greenhouse is equipped with Holland hanging gutter system for tomato hydroponics cultivation and PRIVA fertilization system and its intelligent control system.

Btw, it took nearly 2months to finish the whole project with the help of our installation engineer onsite guidance and the efforts of local workers. Now the cherry tomatoes are growing good with high-stable yield. Super good.
